me DIET..? jeng..jeng..
sumenya gara-gara gambar yg fiza tagged mse weds intan..
( oh menn.... am i that fat...????)

then bermula edisi tuk menguruskn badan..

plus keadaan kerja yg mostly di office kurangnye pembakaran lemak, dan juga peningkatan umur membuatkn ME..yes myself.. nk menjaga food..

TIPS FROM MY DEAR FRIEND - BELLE


1st 2 weeks

-gantikan semua jenis air dgn plain water-

-but must breakfast every day -

:: oat,nestum letak air panas then letak kismis or prune or any fruits.

3rd week,

-no sugar-
:: no choc,candy,ape2 yg sugar :)

4th week

-ganti all the white rice-

:: brown rice,roti wholegrain.or anything

1...2..3..4.. step by step

-no more air kotak,tea,coke.etc, cut snacks-

-oat,nestum,roti wholegrain.0%yogurt.yg yogurt kecik2 tu,biscuit, buah

-air jus dlm bot pun is no no.(belle ckp.. :P) sbb sugar die tinggi blend je buah

:: kne minum air buah everyweek yg auntie buat dkt office :)


others menu :

mkn lauk2 no nasi +sayur banyak, amik ikan instead of ayam

kalau g mamak.choose roti naan,tosei or capati.instead of roti canai or roti bakar.
